First - Why do I need a pressure gauge?
Manometer – is a pressure measuring device designed to accurately measure the pressure of gases, vapors or liquids in various industrial and engineering systems. It allows you to constantly monitor the state of the process, ensure safe operation of equipment and timely detect pressure deviations that can lead to equipment failures or process disruptions.
Pressure gauges are widely used in water supply, heating, steam systems, chemical, oil and gas, food and pharmaceutical industries, energy, compressors, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Depending on the application, standard, glycerin-filled, diaphragm, differential pressure, digital or contact pressure gauges are selected.
A properly selected pressure gauge helps ensure process stability, reduces the risk of equipment failures, allows for more effective maintenance planning, and ensures reliable pressure control even under the most challenging operating conditions.

What is a digital pressure gauge?
Digital pressure gauge – is an electronic pressure measuring device that displays the pressure value on a clear digital display. Compared to analog pressure gauges, it has higher measurement accuracy, better readability of readings and often has additional functions, such as MIN/MAX value recording, data logging or various units of measurement. Digital pressure gauges are widely used in industry, laboratories, maintenance work and calibration processes, where accurate and reliable pressure measurements are required.
How to choose a pressure gauge?
When choosing a pressure gauge, it is important to consider the operating pressure, the medium being measured, the process temperature, the accuracy class and the mounting method. The operating environment should also be taken into account - glycerin-filled pressure gauges are recommended for vibration, and stainless steel or diaphragm models for aggressive media. A properly selected pressure gauge ensures accurate measurements, safe system operation and a long service life of the device.
