Silicon chip with microcapacitive technology

The sensing element senses differential pressure, which causes two capacitance values to change. Mounted floatingly in the neck of the measuring cell to improve static pressure and temperature characteristics. Advantages: lower hysteresis and mechanical fatigue. Very high zero point stability and long-term reliability.
