The project required extremely precise planning, as all installation and integration work had to be carried out <strong data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1067\">in a very limited time,<\/strong> only after completely stopping production.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-68148de e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"68148de\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-85a96b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"85a96b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 data-start=\"128\" data-end=\"181\"><strong data-start=\"128\" data-end=\"181\">Why was it necessary to replace the old vortex flowmeter?<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"183\" data-end=\"498\">Rietavas veterinary sanitation has been facing a problem for a long time:<br data-start=\"247\" data-end=\"250\" \/>The old vortex flowmeter measured steam flow inaccurately, especially at low flow rates. Vortex technology has a clearly defined lower limit - if the flow rate is too low, the device simply stops recording data. This meant:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3466\" data-end=\"3692\"><li data-start=\"3466\" data-end=\"3502\"><p data-start=\"3468\" data-end=\"3502\">just one short window of time,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3503\" data-end=\"3540\"><p data-start=\"3505\" data-end=\"3540\">very precisely planned work,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3541\" data-end=\"3585\"><p data-start=\"3543\" data-end=\"3585\">the need to synchronize multiple commands,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3586\" data-end=\"3632\"><p data-start=\"3588\" data-end=\"3632\">no possibility of delays or repetition of work,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3633\" data-end=\"3692\"><p data-start=\"3635\" data-end=\"3692\">all nodes had to be installed and started without errors.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3694\" data-end=\"3905\"><strong data-start=\"3694\" data-end=\"3713\">Axioma Service<\/strong> performed professional installation:<br data-start=\"3744\" data-end=\"3747\" \/>dismantling of old equipment, manufacturing and installation of new Orifice Plate assemblies, pipeline preparation, sensor connection, system calibration and commissioning.<\/p><p data-start=\"3907\" data-end=\"3999\">Despite the
